Mark Realty is a full-service management and investment firm redefining Chicago’s real estate market. It prides itself on owning, managing, and leasing the best-located office building in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Our strategy was to create advertising collateral for leasing new condos that would be welcomed by customers as a fresh idea with a new approach to Chicago living. In Chicago, the urban identity is as deeply ingrained as its choice of famous foods. Believing that Chicago is a mecca for culture, the arts, and architecture, we use these as the basis for the ideas that will empower the design.

The design of the advertisements was inspired by the geometric shapes of the city and the transit system. The world is full of natural shapes, but in the city, these shapes come together reflecting the ideas of modernness, clean lines, and urban functionality. The bright, warm vivid colors were chosen to prevail and characterize the visual communication of the city’s energy, and the subconscious connection to red lights. The red works to immediately grab the attention of the viewer and make them stop for a moment to read what’s offered. All of the imagery was chosen to be in combination with the vivid read to have a cool contrast to invoke an urban, modern, playful, and characterized identity that can truly stand on their own.
